The Auntie Experience
A personal and seamless transition from home to aunties, with special attention and care throughout their stay. We offer complimentary pick up and drop off for day stays and boarding. During their stay, your pup will enjoy four potty breaks per day, plenty of outside time including walks along the SF Bay Trail, playing fetch on the many green spaces throughout the neighborhood, impromptu and scheduled play dates with friendly dogs and indoor enrichment and recuperation time. Photos and updates are always included.
House Rules
At auntie’s, dog’s are welcome on the furniture and will have free range of the home. However, if you have specific rules we should be mindful of, please share them at the time of your booking and in your profile.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a service for any reason, log in to your online profile right away to cancel a service. Below is important info on the cancellation policy for each service.
For walks, if you cancel before the walk begins, you’ll receive a full refund. If you’re using reward points, they will be untouched and available for use on the next booking. Once the walk has begun, you cannot make any changes to your booking and the full amount of the service will be processed.

For drop-ins and day stays, 24hr notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
For boarding, 3-days notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This is done to compensate the walker/sitter for lost time, as most services are scheduled days in advance.
